In 1955 he bought a pink Cadillac Fleetwood for his mother, a car that he would keep his entire life..One day in 1975 Elvis purchased 14 Cadillacs in Memphis, giving them away to members of his entourage and even to a woman who was at the dealership shopping for a new car.
